At Jahn Jewels, every piece is curated with intention and inspected before it leaves our hands. Because of the personal nature of jewelry, we maintain a strict return policy to uphold the integrity of every order.
All Sales Are Final With Limited Exceptions
All purchases made through jahnjewels.com are considered final sale by default. Returns and refunds are not guaranteed and are issued solely at the discretion of Jahn Jewels.
Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for a return, all of the following conditions must be met without exception:
• Return request submitted via email within 5 days of confirmed delivery
• Item is unworn, unaltered, and shows absolutely no signs of use
• Item is returned in its original packaging, including all tissue, cards, pouches, and box inserts
• Return is shipped with full tracking and insurance at the customer’s expense
• Return is approved in writing by Jahn Jewels prior to shipment — unauthorized returns will be refused and sent back
Refund Terms
If a return is approved following full inspection:
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount
• Please allow 14–21 business days from receipt of the returned item for inspection and credit issuance

Jahn Jewels is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier once a tracking number has been issued. All shipments are made through third-party carriers, and any claims for lost packages must be filed directly with the carrier.
