Jahn Jewels reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

   You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase on jahnjewels.com. By completing a transaction, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Products
   All product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change without notice. Jahn Jewels makes every effort to accurately represent our products, however slight variations in color, finish, or appearance may occur due to photography lighting, screen calibration, or product batching. These variations do not constitute grounds for a return or refund.
4. Pricing & Payment
   All prices are listed in USD. Jahn Jewels reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. We accept all major credit cards and any payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment, you authorize Jahn Jewels to charge your selected payment method for the full order total including applicable taxes and shipping.
   
5. Order Acceptance
   Placing an order does not constitute a binding contract. Jahn Jewels reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, payment failure, or inventory error. In the event of a cancellation, you will be notified and any charge will be refunded.
6. Intellectual Property
   All content on jahnjewels.com — including but not limited to logos, product names, photography, copy, and branding — is the exclusive property of Jahn Jewels and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.
7. Returns & Refunds
   All returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, available at jahnjewels.com. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined therein.
8. Limitation of Liability
   To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jahn Jewels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or site. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
   
9. Dispute Resolution
   Any disputes arising from your use of jahnjewels.com or a purchase made thereon shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Jahn Jewels.
   
10. Governing Law
    These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
