Lost or Stolen Packages
Jahn Jewels is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once in the possession of the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, you must file a claim directly with the carrier. Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address at checkout. Jahn Jewels is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives visibly damaged, you must photograph the damage immediately upon receipt and contact us at support@jahnjewels.com within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this window will not be considered. Resolution is at the sole discretion of Jahn Jewels.
